What Is Little Streaks?

Little Streaks is a habit-forming to-do list app for iPhone and iPad, designed for children.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

1. LICENSE

By installing and using "Little Streaks" ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use this software.

2. USE OF SOFTWARE

"Little Streaks" is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. This software is aimed at children and parents for the purpose of forming positive habits, and is to be used under the supervision of adults.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

1. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on this software.
2. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.
3. Circumvent any technology used by "Little Streaks" or its licensors to protect content accessible through the software.

4. COPYRIGHT

The software and all images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the software are owned by the developer of "Little Streaks" or its suppliers and are protected by copyright laws. You may not remove any copyright notices from the software.

5. NO WARRANTY

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the developers of "Little Streaks" be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

6. TERMINATION

The license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the developer of "Little Streaks" if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the software, and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the software.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

By using "Little Streaks", you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
